As announced at the January meeting, Cathy
Preece has kindly offered to sell unwanted books, CDs, DVDs, Blue
Rays, Amazon games and small electronics (no full-size computers,
please!) to raise money for the Library via the Friends. Anything that
she cannot sell on-line she will take to local charity shops or arrange
for eco-friendly disposal. Together with the Kennington
Companions she has already raised a considerable sum for the
Haemochromatosis Society, so let’s see if we can’t beat that for
the Durning!
There will be a bin in the library to collect your donations or you can deliver to Cathy direct. Please contact her on KenningtonCompanions@gmail.com if you wish to do that or if you have any questions.
