This Chelsea Fringe, Vauxhall is celebrating becoming home to the Chelsea Gold winning garden by Hugo Bugg. In 2014 Hugo became the youngest ever winner of the Chelsea gold medal for his incredible waterscape garden which cleverly reuses rainwater to reduce the risk of flooding. Not only is this garden clever but it is also beautiful, and will now become the star attraction of the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens.
