For its opening show Kennington Talkies presents a Jean Harlow double bill: The Secret Six (1931), with Wallace Beery and Clark Gable - a fast-paced crime melodrama from MGM about bootleggers and corruption; and Red Dust
(1932), directed by Victor Fleming, with Gable and Mary Astor - the
owner of a rubber plantation becomes involved in a love triangle.
