Just wanted to mention that the old "I have just moved into the area and my child is very sick, can you give me some money" scam is alive and well in Kennington. I was approached getting out of a taxi after midnight on Kennington Park Road last week. Where do they come from? Anyhow, watch out!

I was told by a man on Kennington Lane that his hyperactive dog made him lock himself out and he needed money to get a train quite far away for some reason. I didn't give him any.
