I due amici review Kennington
I’m still finding my feet in Kennington and this week, while things are quiet, I’m trying out some of the local restaurants and cafes. Having tackled Sally Whites (across the road) I thought it was about time I went to the place recommended by my neighbour. I due amici (which means ‘the two friends’) is a rather scruffy cafe with a great little garden that is promising for the summer. You’ll find a menu that is about as eclectic as it gets with a sandwich and salad list, a tribute to Mexico with a selection of burritos, some pasta and pizza and three very exotic sounding Persian stews. ...
