Rubbish on our streets : Case UF110814

Dear Neighbours

Please send in your photos of rubbish on our streets where the culprit can be identified.
(See suggested circulation list below.)

See below photos of rubbish dumped on the corner of Cleaver Street outside the bookies,
opposite The Tommyfield, taken on Sunday evening around 8pm.
The culprit is obvious.
Hopefully Lambeth Council will follow up.

Very many thanks
Best wishes
Cathy

Thank you for your comments, Keith Naish, our Streets and Highways manager is aware of the concerns you’ve raised and will be looking into whether the bins can be emptied more regularly along with the new schedule that was recently implemented.
Apart from this, our main priority is investigating any bagged waste found to ascertain the culprits and advise them to refrain from putting shopping bags of waste in the bins which is causing the bins to overflow. Hopefully this will then ease the problems of overflowing litter bins at this location.
Yours sincerely,
