A FLOWER garden in Kennington Park will be reopened following a £500,000
redesign. MPs Kate Hoey and Neil Coyle will officially cut the ribbon
on the new garden tomorrow, which now features landscaped formal beds,
extra benches, relaid pathways, a new entrance, and a restored lily
pond.
