The Independent Police Complaints Commission is conducting an
investigation into an incident which took place in Clayton Street some
time ago. We will be in the area tomorrow morning making an appeal for
witnesses to the incident and I just wanted to make the residents aware
of this through yourselves.
Our appeal will consist of some witness boards, posters and leaflets,
all of which contain brief details of the incident and our contact
details.
