Sutton denies Kennington shooting

The trial has been set for April 20 next year
AN ALLEGED gunman denied shooting a man repeatedly when he appeared at the Old Bailey.
Shaun Sutton, 33, is accused of opening fire on 27-year-old Tony Woodbridge on September 6, 2006.
The victim suffered horrific injuries to his stomach, legs, arms, back and head and will be wheelchair bound for life.
Mr Woodbridge was set upon in Daley Thompson Way, Kennington.
Sutton pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and having a firearm with intent to commit murder on Friday.
Judge Martin Stephens QC set a trial for April 20 next year.
Sutton, of no fixed address, but formerly of Streatham, was remanded in custody.
